The racing season kicked off with a successful World Championship weekend at Lonato in a good atmosphere with go-kart racers from 44 countries.
I was pretty fast and got into the Prefinal. I was able to work well with my driver coach, Tiene Felice FT Coaching, and my team, Team Driver Racing Kart, all along. I was driving alone in the qualifying, I couldn't catch slipstream and I took 13th place in my group. I had a great start each time in the eliminatory heats and was also able to improve my positions. Despite being penalized in two heats, I managed to get into the Prefinal, where after a good start I was pushed off from behind in the 7th corner, but I managed to get back on track and improve even more. After a successful start to the season, I won’t stop to push the gas again this week at the SOUTH GARDA KARTING track in WSK Master Series Lonato. Cheer on me!
